Chapman University

He is the only Chapman tennis player to win an NCAA individual singles national championship and he did so as a senior in 1988, helping the Panthers to unprecedented back-to-back team championships and their third title in four years. Besides earning team national titles in both years with the Panthers, Walker was also named to the All-America team both seasons (1987-88). He was ranked either No. 1 or 2 in NCAA Division II during most of his Chapman career, including a top-60 NCAA Division I ranking for a time.

Walker went on to a brief career in the ITF Professional circuit and ranked as high as No. 363 in the ATP circuit in 1988.
