Chapman University

A four-year letter winner in track and field for the Panthers in the late 1960, Frost was named to the All-America team in 1969 as a member of Chapman's 440-yard relay team which qualified for the NCAA Nationals. He competed in 13 different events at that meet, including the mile relay, high and triple jumps, shotput and discus.

Frost was named the Chapman team MVP in 1968 and '69 and was named Most Outstanding Freshman in '66. Over his four years he set a school record in the high jump and was part of five record-setting relays: 440-yard, 400-yard, 1600 meters, mile relay and distance medley.
