Chapman Athletics Hall of Fame (est. 1979)
A leader from the minute she set foot on the Hutton Center floor, no other individual has had the impact that Cahill has had on Chapman volleyball. A two-year starter, team captain and MVP, Cahill was the Panthers' setter in 1985 when Chapman won 22 games and she was named to the All-CCAA team as a senior. That same year she became just third student-athlete in Chapman history named to the CoSIDA Academic All-America team. In 1989 Cahill was named the Panthers' head coach where her legacy has spanned the decades, earning over 500 wins in 33 seasons.
