Cross country, track & field have 12 earn Academic All-District

The Panthers placed the maximum number of honorees on the annual team.

ORANGE, Calif. – Chapman University's track & field and cross country teams had 12 student-athletes earned a spot on the College Sports Communicators At-Large Academic All-District teams. The 12 honorees – six from the men's team and six from the women's team – are the maximum allotted for each team.

CSC recognizes student-athletes who meet strict athletic and academic criteria on Academic All-District teams. Student-athletes of at least sophomore standing must place in the top-50 at a regional championship in cross country or rank in the top-50 regionally for an individual event in track & field while also maintaining a 3.50 cumulative GPA.
