ORANGE, Calif.— Four members of the Chapman University softball team have been named to the College Sports Communicators All-District Team. Shea Higa, Aleena Helms, Rose Malen and Mia Reyes have all been named to the team. To qualify for the All-District Team, athletes need to have at least a 3.50 grade point average and have participated in at least 90 percent of all games or started at least 75 percent of all games and be at least a sophomore in standing. 

Malen, Reyes and Higa are seniors who just graduated from Chapman under a week ago. Helms is a junior. All four athletes helped Chapman win the SCIAC Tournament title in 2025 and led their team to the NCAA Tournament twice.
