ORANGE, Calif. – The Chapman University men's golf team opened the 2024-25 season at the CA State Intercollegiate. The Panthers finished eighth as a team with Conner Conley leading the way for Chapman individually.
Conley finished in 16th overall as he ended the three-round tournament six-over par. He finished and ended the tournament with rounds of 73 (+1) and was four-over for the middle round.
Cormac Meldrum made his Chapman debut with the best round of the tournament for the Panthers. He was the only Panther to finish a round under par as he was one under par for the second round. He hit just two bogeys to high light his second round. He finished the tournament eight-over par to finish 23rd overall.

Chapman next hosts a Tri-Match on Sept. 27 at the Costa Mesa Golf and Country Club.
