Kevin Springer joined the Chapman tennis coaching staff for the 2025-26 school year, joining head coach Evan Parry for his first season. Springer brings nearly 20 years of experience as a tennis instructor in Orange County and has spent the last 10 as a coach at the high school and collegiate level.
Since 2015, Springer has coached at Estancia High School and Orange Coast College. He was the boys and girls Head Coach at Estancia as well as an Assistant Coach for both the men's and women's teams at OCC. He has helped build a powerhouse women's program at OCC, winning a state title in 2019 and 2017. He also led Estancia to the CIF playoffs in 2017 and 2018.
Springer has also spent time as a private instructor since 1997, spending time at the Saltz Tennis Academy early in his career. He is also a Certified Crossfit Level 1 Instuctor. He played at Saddleback College in 1995 and at OCC in 2016.
He earned his bachelor's degree from Cal State Fullerton in 2012
