Chapman University

Romeo Aguinaldo joined the Chapman coaching staff in 2018 and immediately helped the Panthers to the SCIAC Tournament championship. He brings over 30 years of experience in training and coaching.

Aguinaldo is currently the Girls' Director at OC Surf, where he works alongside Chapman University head coach Eddie Carrilo and fellow assistant coach Jose Vasquez. Over his three decades of coaching soccer, he has worked with youth, high school and college level players. He has also woked as a staff coach at the Cal South Pro+ Olympic Development Program.

He holds a US Soccer Federation B license.
