ORANGE, Calif. – Chapman University Athletics had 12 student-athletes across five teams recognized on the College Sports Communicators At-Large Academic All-District teams. The 12 honorees came from men's and women's golf, men's and women's water polo and women's lacrosse.
CSC recognizes student-athletes who meet strict athletic and academic criteria on Academic All-District teams. Student-athletes of at least sophomore standing must compete in 90 percent of their team's contests or start in 66 percent while also maintaining a 3.50 cumulative GPA.
The recognized student-athletes from Chapman are:
Tyler Lao, men's golf
Kylie Nguyen, women's golf
Georgia Geagan, women's lacrosse
Tade Scheid, women's lacrosse
Daniel Franks, men's water polo
Jayce Gallegos, men's water polo
Kosta Radoman, men's water polo
Steven Rubly, men's water polo
Jackson Sanders, men's water polo
Zoey Francis, women's water polo
Annie Nadolski, women's water polo
Kendall Pappan, women's water polo
The At-Large category includes the multiple sports sponsored by the NCAA that do not have their own category. The five sports at Chapman that fall under this category all had at least one honoree.
