Tate Zimmerman and
Nick Molina have been named to the ABCA and Division III Baseball All-Region Teams. Both were named to the ABCA All-Region Second Team and the Division III Baseball All-Region Third Team.
Zimmerman is a senior who joined the baseball program at the tail end of his college career. After four years of not playing organized baseball and college football instead, Zimmerman made an instant impact for Chapman, as the starting right fielder who had 10 home runs, 35 runs, 33 RBI and 42 hits on the season. He was also on the All-SCIAC Second Team and had .375 batting average. Zimmerman was also named the Chapman Athletics Breakthrough Athlete of the Year and the SCIAC Defensive Player of the Year in football.
Molina is just a freshman who came out of the gates hot in 2026 as a pitcher and first baseman for the Panthers. He also won the Freshman Athlete of the Year Award for Men's Sports at the Student Athlete Awards and was named to Second Team All-SCIAC. He pitched 60.1 innings and had 39 strikeouts and had 38 hits to go along with 27 RBI. The freshman who pulled double duty also had eight home runs and a .388 batting average.
