ORANGE, Calif.— The Chapman University swim and dive program had eight athletes named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team. On the women's team, Alexis Anderson, Annika Mittelsteadt, Clara Van Note and Alyssa Kooy earned the honors. On the men's side, Sebastian Herrera, Miles Duncan, Ryan Musich and Max Polovinkin earned the honors.

In order to qualify, athletes must have competed in a certain amount of meets, eclipse certain grade point average requirements, be at least a sophomore in standing and a myriad of other qualifications. From there, programs must narrow down their list to ensure all requirements are met.
