ORANGE, Calif. — Chapman water polo dominated at home against La Verne, winning 14-8 to pick up an important SCIAC play win. The Panthers now sit at third in the conference having only lost to the SCIAC top two teams: Claremont-Mudd-Scripps and Pomona-Pitzer.

Nina Bastick had a career high three goals to lead all Panther scorers to go along with one assist and one steal. Goalkeeper
Zoey Francis also stepped up big wiht 14 saves on 22 total shot attempts.
