ORANGE, Calif. — Women's volleyball dominated Caltech to the tune of a 3-0 sweep of the Beavers — 25-19, 25-15, 25-14 — on Friday, Oct. 27.
Julin Kenison led the way for the Panthers with a game-high 12 kills — she hit .320 on the evening. Chapman notched its highest hitting percentage on the season, out-hitting the Beavers .330-.010.
Hannah Callahan was stout in the middle all game long collecting six kills on 10 attempts, adding two block assists.
In a game the Panthers controlled from wire-to-wire, freshman Kaylee Koerth added a spark at the end of the match. Coming off the bench the outside hitter notched three kills, including the last two points to clinch the match victory.
Chapman will have Saturday, Oct. 28 off, but return to the court on Halloween next Tuesday to take on Occidental in Eagle Rock at 7 p.m.
