Chapman University

Ducharme comes to Chapman by way of the WNBA's Los Angeles Sparks, the NCAA, San Jose State Athletics, the Rose Bowl Legacy Foundation and Arizona State University. She was previously a communications and research assistant for the Sparks working as a media liaison for the team as well as heading up all team research ranging from WNBA Draft preparations to in game statistical tracking for the roster. 

Prior to the Sparks, Ducharme worked for the NCAA March Madness Women's Basketball social media team as a research associate assisting in informational distribution during the 2023 March Madness tournament. She also worked as a marketing intern with the Rose Bowl Legacy foundation. 

Ducharme graduated from Arizona State's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism with a Sports Journalism degree, and has an older sibling who graduated from Chapman, thus, her pride for Chapman runs deep and shes look forward to serving in the athletics department.
