Honng begins her first year at Chapman in the 2023-24 season. She is a swimming UCLA alum, where she garnered multiple awards in her time as a Bruin. She was an eight-time Director's Honor Roll student, six-time CSCAA Scholar All-American, two-time Scholar Athlete and a Pac-12 All-Academic honoree.
In the pool, Honng qualified for the Pac-12 Championships in the 200 IM as well as the 100 and 200 Breastrokes.
Honng also coaches athletes at Brea Aquatics.
