ALL student athletes must complete the medical eligibility process for the 2025-26 school year.
Medical Eligibility forms for 2025-26 school year are now available for all student-athletes and may be submitted beginning June 1. The deadline for submitting medical eligibility forms will still be August 1. Student-athletes are encouraged to contact your physician and schedule your physical for June or July 2025 in order to meet the August 1 deadline.
