ALL student athletes must complete the medical eligibility process for the 2026-27 school year.
Medical Eligibility forms for 2026-27 school year are now available for all student-athletes and may be submitted beginning June 1. The deadline for submitting medical eligibility forms will still be August 1. Student-athletes are encouraged to contact your physician and schedule your physical for June or July 2026 in order to meet the August 1 deadline.
Please FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS in the appropriate tutorial to complete the process. The 2026-27 medical eligibility forms are due AUGUST 1 for ALL student-athletes.
