ORANGE, Calif. – Alexis Golin picked up a Senior Day win as the Chapman University women's tennis team wrapped up the 2025 season with a 6-1 loss to No. 2 CMS.
Golin rebounded from an opening set loss to force the tiebreaker in the third. She took the match 1-6, 6-2, 1-0 (10-7) to close out her career as a Panther.
Sydney La forced a third set in similar fashion, dropping the first set 6-1 but bouncing back with a 6-2 win in the second set. However, she fell in the third set tiebreaker to finish out her career.
Meili Barber and Ava Tyler rounded out the singles and doubles lineups in their final matches at Chapman while Lucy Erickson and Brooke Waite also played in singles and doubles to finish up their careers.
The Panthers finished the 2025 season with a 4-11 overall record and took seventh in the SCIAC.
